A PERSON IS PUNISHED SO AS HE CHANGES FOR THE GOOD, BUT HERE V HAVE A PERSON(SANJAY DUTT) WHO IS A CHANGED PERSON COMPARED 2 WHAT HE WAS WAY BACK IN 1992, SENTENCING HIM FOR SIX YEARS IS A WAY TOO HARSH DECESION ....

As the saying goes “Justice delayed is justice denied”, the sentence- six years of rigorous imprisonment could have been extended to ten years even, had the justice been done ten years back. And this decision could have been gracefully accepted by Sanjay Dutt and all ten years back. But after going through the ordeal for so long, I feel it was harsh on Sanjay Dutt.

My thoughts go to the families of the victims of the 1993 blasts in Mumbai. By participating in the blasts and allowing others to kill people Sanjay deceived his fans and countrymen who loved him, adored him so much. Still wondering why the bollywood is supporting sanjay when they should have thought about the victims. Well done Mr. Nikam.

i think the TADA court has shown some pariality to sanjay dutt by this verdict. He has been part in the bomb blast that killed many innocent people in 1993 doing so then and after gaining celebrity status now and showing himself innocent now is not at all fair,I only support to the verdict so that we can beleive justice in some amount granted. I think people who are against the verdict are cannibles(iam sorry if that was harsh)who want to betray our country to antisocials and criminals who kill innocent people for their own personal reasons and gains.i think only in our country people who have money and good status in the society are always projected innocent after their criminal activities in the media, this hype created in media can always influence the verdict given, that can deny justice. TRUE INDIAN AT HEART-----

TADA Judge Mr. Kode has done his best for Mr. Sanjay. Thanks to Mr.Pawar, the then CM Maharashtra, he has to face all these ordeals. I hope he will get justice from Supreme court.

long live judge kode!! surely, nobody can forget him for a long time to come.Nobody can blame his judging skills,he has played very safe. He never wants anyone doubt his integrity, rather he is successful at that.As media and many in legal fraternity were blaming him of being soft on Sanjay Dutt, he wanted to prove them wrong and he is a winner.Really he has made a good name for himself by giving him 6 yrs. of jail whether it is appropriate or not!

I am a great fan of Sanjay Dutt, but this does not and will not deter me from being proud of my country's judicial system. Whoever the person, the law must take its own course.

Well done. He deserves it and hope he will come out soon. Same kind of judgements has to be given against the politiicans who are much more dangerous than these people.
