sravan It still shocks me that he is not a Terrorist. A nation of illeterates and Educated Illeterates and Filmy people who live in screen world do not matter. What matters is justice. If this scoundrel is not terrorist then who is? Did he feel sorry for what he did? Did he go to police station that such people have blasted the city who made his father begging on road to whatever he is. Media should consider the victims and their suffering and international war on terror into considerations. Too much hype is bad, there are millions of things we need to focus on. Haneef's visa is personnal, a man who shamelessly want to go back and sanjay(terrorist) is covered too much. Death in firing in AP, and millions of other things should be considered. Have Ethics Journos.

peterwoodman This has reaffirmed my faith in the Indian judicial system. Now, next on the list is the actor who killed the black buck in Rajasthan, and then, the big "alphabet" who thinks he is a deity, for the land grabbing case. Go get them, High Courts.

Call me "Mr. Ignorant", if you wish. But still I don't understand the real crime of Sanjay Dutt and what was his role in 1993 Mumbai Blast. It is a well known fact that even many of our politicians and ministers possess (directly or indirectly) AK-47 and many other advance WMD.

Nation Justice served right, media did not mention whether Sanjay will get total time (6 years) subtracted from the time which he already spent in the jail earlier.

Probably 1 year with fine + mandatory Community service should have been a better sentence than 6 years as Dutt did follow model code...

more Rohan Gurjar Hats up to Ujawal Nikam,The public prosecutor. He has really put all his efforts to put all those guilty folks behind the bars and sanjay dutt was no exception. Mr. Kode and Mr. Nikam have made it loud and crystal clear that in INDIA at least judiciary is upright.
