ashwin	It seems court is bowing to all government policies. Can't remember court giving order against govt. formed policies except that in venugopal case. If court finds no flaw in govt. laws, then,people should consider our politicians to be of high class as they make laws that have no flaws. We don't need to have judiciary in that case. Can't see any use of judiciary if court cannot see how these kind of judgements harm nation and divide society. ( Posted: Friday , May 16, 2008 at 14:08 )
