Manu's bail plea will also be heard on Tuesday. The SC had earlier declined to grant him interim bail till the disposal of his review plea.
On January 24, a Bench consisting of Chief Justice KG Balakrishan and Justices RV Raveendran and JM Panchal fixed February 12 after senior counsel Ram Jethmalani, appearing for Manu, pleaded for expeditious hearing.
Jessica was shot dead shot dead in April 1999, at a party at Qutub Colonnade restaurant in south Delhi.
There were nine accused in the case but the trial court on February 21, 2006, acquitted all of them citing lack of evidence against them as the reason.
