Scientists in Oklahoma have found that when a certain cloned enzyme in male mice is removed, their female counterparts don't have babies.
Researchers say it's definitely a breakthrough but that they are still years away from testing male contraception on humans.
Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation's Dr Kevin Moore says, "There's a lot of work that has to be done. I mean, we have to develop a safe drug to do it and that work is in progress."
