Mumbai: When it comes to launching the beauty business, what better guest can you ask for than an actress who's known for both her glamourous and non-glamourous roles.

Shabana Azmi inaugurated VLCC's first health beauty and management institute in Mumbai and she explained why beauty needs to be more than just skin deep.

"Wellness is more than just beauty," says she.

So while Shabana is quite comfortable in her own skin in real life, her style statements on screen are a different story.

"The way my nails are painted or not, the way my hair looks, is all dependent on the film I am doing at that moment," says she.
