British Airways 38 was on its final approach to Heathrow when something went terrible wrong. The plane came down in the grass only a few hundred feet from the safety of the runway. What happened to flight 38 will be of great importance to the aviation world. The triple 777 is the workhorse of the long haul fleet and investigators will urgently need to know if this was a one off or a problem far more widespread.
