WHO'S SWEETER: The novel idea is a smart marketing gimmick by a store but can become memorabilia for some
New Delhi: The US presidential candidates could be biting each other's heads off at the upcoming debates, literally.
No, it is not a physical fight we are talking about, but candies with the faces of the presidential nominees etched on them.
The candy store in Tennessee selling these ‘Chocolate Graphics’ in downtown Nashville has made candies from sheets of milk with the candidates’ pictures screen printed upon them.
With this confectionary treat, presidential nominees Barack Obama and John McCain can find some sweetness in their rivals. The candy store has reportedly made chocolates of vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin, too.
The chocolates are reportedly to be handed out when the candidates have a face-off debate.
The candy store reportedly made similar chocolates in the past of the image of US president George W Bush and even of his dog Barney.
The candy makers are reported to have told the press that the US president had liked the chocolates.
