ulhas Make IT laws more strict with severe punishments for such crimes.

kabitasundar THIS is "CORPORATE" in REAL LIFE Drama! About 10 years back such "espionage" was unthinkable. But now the IT Revolution and Corporate rivalry has changed the scenario. One can't image Companies can have Agents to do their spooky work for cash. And REliance is now well established as a user of "unethical means" to thrust forward and safeguard its interests. But the Agent, the VSNL MD's Secretary Indulkar compromised the trust of his Boss in this dirty business by leaking out "sensitive information" knowing the nature of his duties to VSNL. Such crimes should be treated with contempt and Indulkar should be severely punished for "criminal breach of trust". No recourse should be made available for such breach of trust. TRUST is the MOST IMPORTANT BASIS for any relationship. It should not be thrown to the winds for a few thousand rupees. Hope the Cyber Cell of the cops have an airtight case against such white-collar criminals. The punishment should be a "deterrent" for any such nocturnal activities on the lap-top. Businesses should be run on ethical grounds only. Mr.Ratan Tata is and has always been a man who has held his chin high in keeping with his lineage. I applaud this man.

BKM Its foolish in the part of VSNL that such a spy was accessible to the highest office of the company. VSNL should have been more cautious in such matters. Case would be more serious, if there was corporate sponsorship for such activities from ADAG. It would be better if both corporate houses can go for an out of the court settlement without maligning each other.

Kiran Patel Its really sad to hear the news! about the rivilary between two top business houses and business faces of india to world. They should have come forward in friendly manner and try to win globally rather than involved in dull tactics like this. I hope they will find solution very soon on this and will not make it a big issue which will hurt image of corporate india
