Tata Nano workers ferried under police protection

TATA STRATEGY: The workers are afraid that the TMC activists may attack them, so the security has been stepped up
Singur: As the Trinamool Congress (TMC) sponsored indefinite dharna continues in Singur, the area is gearing up for a mass influx of protestors from Kolkata.
The Trinamool Congress Chhatra Parishad, the students and youth wing of the TMC is expected to hold a mass rally in Singur on Thursday.
Mamata's men keep thousands of vehicles stranded on the Delhi Kolkata Highway as the TMC dharna blocks passage just outside the Tata's Singur plant.
The Tata Motors administration, hoping to avoid further delays in the Nano production, is moving its employees under police protection into the Singur plant.

Tata motors had said on Wednesday, that workers were being threatened by the TMC cadres, and the company had lodged an FIR with the police.
