London: After performing in eight cities around the world, the Bachchan brigade arrived in London for their Unforgettable Tour. Shilpa Shetty will be the guest celebrity and they are scheduled to perform on Sunday at 02 Arena.

The venue has a circumference of a kilometer and is about 50 meters high at its central point. In fact, it is so big that one could fit in 12 football pitches in there.

Artists like Bon Jovi, Elton John, the Rolling Stones and Prince have performed to packed audiences in this venue and now the stage is all set to welcome Bollywood's biggest stars.

The long flights and hectic schedule may be taking a toll on the artists, but they seem to be enjoying the experience.

“When you are performing live you can see the audience response. It’s immediate, so it’s very satisfying,” superstar Amitabh Bachchan said.

While Abhishek said he likes live shows because they are so “interactive.”

The show is memorable for the leading ladies too. A very excited Preity Zinta said, “There will never be a tour like this and am so glad to be a part of it.”

Meanwhile, Aishwarya played the part of a Bachchan bahu to the hilt, saying, “It's the first for my husband, my pa-in-law and mother-in-law. So personally it’s special and I shall cherish this for a long time to come.”

The tickets for the show start from £38 and go on to £250 and the tickets are reportedly selling like hot cakes.

Head of Sales, 02 Arena, Caroline McNamara said, “I think the response has been high. Lots of media partners are involved. So it’s really encouraging. I think we can expect about 15,000 people.”

After London, the Bachchans are all set perform at Rotterdam in Holland.
