Has any one from congress and BJP regretted for death of the poor boy. The organisers should be charged with murder under article 302. Public figuers wield more rights and hence they should have more responsibility and even more punishment. In our country, public figuer is treated seperately when rights come and equally when punishment comes. For such offences, punishment for public figuers should be double than normal murder.

This ia very sad news news. Leader must provide guideline to their party worker that a life is more important than their protest. They Have the right to protest but at the price of any life. Leader must insure such accident never repeat in future otherwise they loss their base in public.

So, what difference does the death of a four-year old really make to either party? Nothing. Human life, except their own, has never mattered to them, and there is little doubt that it ever will in the future. Our politicians have stooped so low that it is difficult to attach any kind of morals to them. I bet not one of them will have any problem sleeping peacefully tonight.

Book a murder case against these filthy politicians. They are uncivilized bunch of animals unfit to live in civilized society.
I believe people should start taking these politicians to court whenever they do bundhs, harthals, strikes, gheraos etc.,.
What right they have to harrass the public in this way?

its a clear case of attempt or intension of Murder(criminal Law exists for this).. where is Mr. Jethmelani now? Delhi should be called for it and from the Party fund of the BJP or others should be cracked to compensate the grieved mother with 20 Lacs. rupien....

Shameful politicians.. they do not have care for a childs life. Life becomes very cheap for politicians..why can't we initiate criminal case against BJP and congress. They were responsible for the childs death. Even the doctor has said they could have saved if he was brought earlier. Who the heck is the policeman to stop an ambulance..The ambulance should be given first preference. The policeman has done wrong by stopping the ambulance. He should have provided way for the ambulance.

Who would imagine in his remotest of dreams that state like Himachal can afford to allow these politicians taking an innocent child's life.I am sure these two party hooligans are making best breeding grounds for banana parties like BSP ,SP and many others to make things even worse.It is high time for common people of the state to understand that how the tranquility of place like Shimla can also be shattered for a mean cause of winning over the voters.....remember,the elections have yet not been declared. An ailing Child's life lost is deplorable.
