There are too many cases of this kind, happened everywhere in this country, but a very few reported. Political parties least to bother about common man's sufferings. In a bid to attract the attention of public, they do all sorts of non-sense things. What right do these parties have to make miserable the lives of common people? Only mistake the public did was to have elected these parties in power from panchayat to parliment. Surely they are,one day or the other, eat their own salt.

What if leader like Vajpayee or Sonia Gandhi die because of such scenario. We should be ashamed of these things and make laws which punish demonstrators for jamming trafic. I think those responsible for this should be tried and punished under article 302/304

What a tragedy !!! My heart goes all out to the grieving mother who will live her rest of the life cursing those few minutesof delay that snatched her son's life. My all sympathies are with her. At the same time I wish all those BJP and Congress workers who had caused this great tragedy be booked for causing a public nuisance that cost a human life. All of those should be publicly caned instead of any other form of punishment - judicial or monetary.

SHAME ON YOU POLITICIANS - UNCIVILISED & ILLITERATE. You will know the value of the childs life when your kith and kin experience it. May God give the bereaved family strength to overcome this. - INDIAN

This is utterly disgusting and sad.
As a doctor who lived in India, I have noticed a total lack of respect for human life there. Nobody gives a way to Ambulances or Fire Engines in India as if their time is more important than other people's lives. The only time people are made to give way(sometimes voilently) is when a politician or a VIP is passing by. The day when I saw the vehicles passing over a human dead body on a highway without anybody stopping at all, I left the country.
