Lucknow: She's kept everybody guessing but informed sources say the heir apparent is around 36 and a member of the Uttar Pradesh legislative council. Mayawati has been discussing with her inner circle if she should encourage this young Dalit leader. The baton had to be passed on to a Dalit after all. Interestingly, unlike most of her rival social justice parties, she's not promoting a Mayawati dynasty.
