Patna: Shreya a five-year-old girl in Bihar has proved experts wrong by mastering Yoga. It's believed, to master the art it requires a continuous effort spread over a number of years, but Shreya makes Yoga looks like a child's play.

Like any other five-year-old, Shreya too enjoys her ice cream and visits to the city zoo. But Shreya is no ordinary kid, as she can perform over 121 Yoga asanas with ease and elegance.

Yoga wonder Shreya Tyagi says "Till the time one is healthy, death cannot touch them. Hence everyone should practice Yoga, for a healthy body and mind."

A resident of Khagaria in Bihar, Shreya has toured almost the entire length and breadth of the country, captivating people by her skills. She has even met her idol 'Yoga guru' Baba Ramdev.

Shreya's parents expect her name in the record books.

Shreya's mother Shradha Tyagi says, "We want Shreya's name to be in Guinness Book of World Records, we believe that she is the first and only child in the country who started practising Yoga at the age of two."

Shreya's father Mahendra Tyagi says, "If people get to know about her, she can share her knowledge with them. She can then tell them the advantages of Yoga, and people can benefit from her knowledge."

For the gifted Shreya, only sky is the limit.
