Mandatory regulations for drinking must be made in every and each state of India.Perhaps,we might be able to save few innocent people on streets of rash,aggressive drunken driving.
It must be raised to 25 instead of 21 considering that 21 yr olds in India are financial independent.

18 is the legal age for drinking in most parts of the world. Drinking is not an issue but getting drunk is. Both have differences. Draconian laws have to be implemented (with maximum penalty) and executed without partiality for offenses related to alcohol and substance abuse. If preventing road mishaps is an issue then it would be better to equip the police with breath analysers and allow them to do "on the spot" arrest (if proven intoxicated) which will be non-bailable for 48 hours no matter who you are. The sentencing will be done later on after a trial under the Department of Motor Vehicles Court. But can all this be done? Will Inidan politicians and bureaucrats with spoilt brats allow these things to work without interference?
