Chaudhary Ahmed Mukthar, who was the defence minister of Pakistan between 2008 and 2012 admitted that the then President Asif Ali Zardari knew about Osama's location. Mukhtar was part of the top five ministers in the cabinet of the then prime minister Yousaf Raza Gilani. This is the first admission by a Pakistani official on record exposes Pakistan's stand of being unaware of Osama's location.
