S C Jain My PNR No. DA-07665937 booked on 12.11.2006 ex DELHI to CHENNAI for 24th JUNE, 2007 for 3 persons. This Ticket was booked on INTERNET th Credit Card.

Now when I contacted Service Centre just to confirm, they inform ticket is confirmed to travel but there is a balance on my side amounting to Rs. 13000/-.

How it is possible to remain a balance on ticket booked on WEB th Credit Card and secondly the ticket is itself for Rs. 3975.75 in all.

anil I had a great respect for Air Deccan when it enabled common man to fly. But that image changed when first hand i had opportunity to fly with them I was rejected checkin since i was late by 5 min. Staff at checkin were rude non cooperative. I lost my money to airdeccan. Then When I was forced to buy new ticket for Sahara flight which got delayed by 2 hours due to fog.Can you see the suffering of the air passenger in india. If we are late we are loosing our money but that is not the case when an aircraft is delayed. Is anybody looking into these issues and is there any website or email id where we can raise our complain so that this is not repeated

Anurag Gupta I am also victim of Air Deccan. Same story for me also. I had 3 PNR from the old system and were non tracable in the new system. Air Deccan customer care representative told me to repurchase the ticket on the same fligt and assured me a refund of the same amount. I am chasing them for refunds till date but unable to reach any where. Call to customer care does not get through even I had waited for more than 90 minutes. My uncle had tried contacting Air Deccan staff about the refund on the Banglore airport but no help. And I was shocked to hear the comment from Air Deccan Employee that "Mobile of the concerned person Eshwar Singh will be switched off. There is no point calling him".
Now I dont know what to do next. Last option left to me is to goto Consumer Court. But today I saw this message board at IBN Live. And hoping that my voice can reach to the deaf ears of Air deccan through your channel.

S Ahmad I am also chasing for refund of tickets.
Same story with me.If you give call to their call centre phone numbers,it is next to impossible that the call will be connected /answered .the minimum waiting period on calls is more than 30mts.emails at refunds@airdeccan.net get bounced. their feed back section doesn't take feedbacks! thsi simply speaks of their MALICIOUS intent.my details are as under :

I do not know how long will it take to get this refund? It is nearly 2 months now.

I have hopes in your channel . Please bring out another edition of this 'SIMPLI CHEAT ' airlines highlighting this game of non refunds.

I am writing this with utter pain due to the poor response from airdeccan.
if you give call to their call centre phone numbers,the call will be connected /answered only after 30mts.the minimum waiting period on calls is 30mts.
iam chasing for refund of tickets against their case#51048.
i successfully completed 100 days for refund after flight got cancelled and 50days on my complaint to their
callcentre.
But NO refund till date.would you plz suggest ,how i can get my money back?

vineet garg Scam going on full swing : Today (1st may 2007), my mom had to board the flight from Bangalore
-delhi (DN601). We reached good 45 minutes before
departure, however the air deccan staff who stood
outside gate put time 5.25 AM(with reported late
remark) instead of 5.10 and when we complained, they
asked to talk at air deccan counter and for all this,
we lost precious time and air deccan finally, denied
boarding . Above all this behaviour of staff was too
rude and awful. Being the fan of airdeccan from last 3
years, today was the last day for me having
relationship with Air Deccan.

Yesudas Antony Dear ibn,I am writing this with utter pain for the ordeal I had and now having for booking my family ticket in this air line.
The Flight was rescheduled and I was not informed due to some hi-funda problems. I had a credit card hence I could buy 4 tickets immediately and travel to Mumbai. Now when I ask for the refund they want 40 days to revert the money. But I paid the amount to them in just a click. Why would I pay interest to the bank for their mistake?
Yesterday I asked for an explanation for this 40 days delay, they refused to record my query.

saurabh Still it is came cheating going on.

You cancel tickets and never get any refunds. They never pick up any phones. Customer care remains asleep forever.

Bottomline: customer is cheated

SANJEEV MALHOTRA Dear All,

Air Deccan is nothing but a Bus Driver given a licence to ceat people. I Bookedticket PNR # DA09205494 & DA09108789 in Jan/Feb 07 for travel date 6th April 2007 LUCKNOE to DELHI. The departure time mentioned on the ticket is 19.40. The cheats preponed the departure to 18.15 without any information, mide you both the PNR were seperate yet no phone/email/sms/ information of any manner was received. I am planning to sue these people. I request DGCA to cancell their licence as they are not the right persons to run a airline.

SURPRISINGLY YOU PEOPLE HAVE CHANGED YOUR FLIGHT TIME AND NOBODY HAS BOTHERED TO INFORM US IN THE MATTER TILL DATE.



NOW DUE TO THIS SUDDEN CHANGES , I AM FORCED TO MAKE CHANGE OF MY AHEAD SCHDULES IMMEDIATELY IT COST ME MORE THAN RS. 15,000 WHICH IS EQUAL TO MY ONE WAY TICKET



MOREOVER , NOBODY AT AHMEDABAD AIRPORT IS REPLY ME PROPERLY AND YOUR CALL CENTRE NUMBER HAVE LOTS OF CUSTOMERS AND I HAVE TO WAIT UPTO 15 MINUTS ONLY ON HOLDING ITSELF.



STILL THIS TIME MY TICKET HAS NOT BEEN ENDORSED FOR CORRECT TIMING AND PEOPLE TELLING ME TO CALL THIS AND THAT.



YOU ARE SPOILING VALUABLE MANPOWER HOURS AND YOU ARE SHAME ON INDIAN PROGRESS.
