The UPA govt is trying its best to force the obc qouta on the Indian citizens. Its not democratic. How can Any Govt or minister implement any rule or law which is not acceptable to the citizens of the country ?

I'm impressed by his determination, but why is it to ruin the Nation. He should focus on other imp issue issue and show his determination on them like eradicate poverty and demolish illegal structures.

Looks like the minister is ready to bowbeat anyone and achieve his aim of being the champion of te so called deprived and down trodden sections of the society.No one has any objection to care for the poor and have nots,but this should be based on economic backwardness and not just the social tag of being called backward.The creamy layer is certainly a problem there.Votes are more important to these politicians than the well being of the nation.Which is why all these issues have cropped up.

FIRST ARJUN MUST ORDER CASTE-WISE CENSUS. THERE ARE 6000 CASTES IN OBCS AND 300 LAYERS IN SC/ST. HOW 5000 SEATS OF IIT WILL BE DIVIDED AMONGST SO MANY CASTES? THEN, HE MUST FIND OUT AS TO HOW MANY ENGINEERS, DOCTORS, LAWYERS ETC, ARE COMING OUT OF COLLEGES - CASTE-WISE. IN TAMILNADU, IN THE RECENT LAW ADMISSIONS OUT OF 300 SEATS UNDER OPEN COMPETITION, 150 HAS BEEN TAKENBY DALITS AND THE REST BY OBCS/MBCS ETC. CASTE-BASED RESERVATION IS A FARCE

exactly, i agree with mayank. He is not concerned with the issues for their implementation, but just to serve his own end of vote bank he is ready to ruin anything,relentlessly..
