anjali	Harmful fun It seems someone rogue has used the innocent bird for this detrimental entertaining. Because getting plastic skulls can only be possible who has intentionally done this. But what about the scratch? There is no link with this pigeon and the scratch attacks. Further investing needed to establish this link or demystifying this whodunit.
