The vast majority of this country which has access to media believes that Abhishek's death is unnatural, mysterious and not merely an accident..
Statements of his docter father and bhaviour of Jharkhand Admin. and Police can lead us all to believe that Abhishek is murdered and thrown in the falls.
When there can be a people's movement for Jusice for Priyadarshini Mattoo (death sentence to Santosh) or Justice for Jessica, WHY NOT THERE can be A MOVEMENT as - "JUSTICE FOR ABHISHEK MISHRA"..... Let Indian Express, the TOI, HT and TV channels be the flag bearers of justice again..
I am ready to join any march, protest etc. for this noble cause to give peace to Abhishek's soul.

Who the hell says that Mishra has been murdered that too in front of Ragini..........that not possible .I am from BIT only and one of the close friends of Ragini and Abhishek.....and i know how close we were ......it is nothing just an accident and should be left to it only.....this case should not be seen and connected to MR. Laloo parsad as he had no role in it as far as i know........and PLZ PLZ let ragini live in peace now because she is very disturbed at this point of time

Abhishekh is not the only person who went to see water fall but thousands go there for picnis. Had Ragni telephoned and informed his parents immediately or not is the matter in question. Since some one big is involved, this requires thorough investigation by independent agency. As Lalu's daughter is involved, matter is significant.

Immediate CBI inquiry should be ordered. Autopsy was done in a hurry. Police's role is also very suspicious. Everybody in the college had smelt the danger for Abhishek, as he was dating "bahubali cum politician" -Lalu's daughter. Only Media and Abhishek's freinds can bring out the truth. They should come forward and help Abhishek's family in getting justice.

India is goin no where when v hav politicians to ruin our life.... being a friend i m shattered here in australia don know how much his family wud be at this time...... why does our government take some actions....... i know ba ma sayin nothing gonna change n there will neva be ne actions taken........ ppl will forget so will media s they'll get something new to earn money from......

This is not the first time death has occurred when Lalu's daughter is involved. Most of you aren't aware but earlier too there've been 5 deaths which involved his daughters. I'm from bihar and know about it. Anyone seen with his daughters, good friends or even tending to be their boyfriend have found that every single day they lived after they dared to do so was a bonus! Such is the case. So please don't get agitated friends. Our media will forget things and then this case too will become like others. I think the media should launch a sustained campaign against cases involving high-profile people so that it acts as a deterrent. By the way, on previous occassions Ragini Yadav had saved Abhishek Mishra from her father's ire, but this time he got a perfect opportunity to make it look like an accident that he did. A word of coution though for people who were his friends. You guyz are in danger... Protect yourselves because Lalu will do anything and everything to ensure that you people don't exist on the face of the earth to testify in any court of law. I hate to say this but it's still a reality in Bihar/Jharkhand... Before lalu it used to be much better place.. My heart pains to see my homeplace in this state of jungle raj...

All, I have personally been to Dasam Falls for Picnic. The place is really dangerous. The rocks are dead slippery and cause deaths. So many people die on the spot every year. So in this case as well it can't be just put in rumour since the guy was accompanied by Lalu's Daughter. What about other friends who were there? On Picnic spots generally people get so much drunk that they don't have control and jump into water for fun resulting in end of life. There is no security forces as well to stop people from crossing the danger limit or stop drinking. To me this appears to be unfortunate accident but for Abhishek's family CBI Probe may bring peace of mind.
