Kiran Telukunta I am glad to see A.P.J.Abdul Kalam and BJP both arguing openly now because we can know more what exactly we need. However I feel that it should not be signed in the present form. But we have to make sure that, deal has to be changed according to our requirements and also make sure that we sign it so that we don“t loose Uranium.

p_v_namjoshi Let Kalam or the govt.make it clear about the Hide Act and right of inspection and test the n-bombs,.Why7 the Parliament is not made aware of each and every fact and also explain why USA has banned on publishing and disclosing any news about it. Will it be a fare deal.

Ram I am very sad to see that the BJP to work like a layman party with no-sense of true thinking in india development. Now a days BJP just looks for the political gain than giving way to india's development. I am very sad to see that one of the major political party in india to work like this. It just shows non-integrity and improper leader-ship with-in the BJP. It seems all the top BJP members are more selfish than looking for the befinit of our country. Having this I really do not like to support BJP to take the indian parliment in near future.

PK This unfortunate that a party like BJP taking such a stand of blobking the Indo-US nuclear deal. while when they were at centre they were going out of the way to improve ties with US, now instead of thinking of national interest, they got scared that congress can take milage of getting US deal signed and BJP may not gain anything. They call them selves nationalist party, they are anti national. They claim to be different, they are not. for political milage they can go to any extent. its unfortunate that we have such a party in our country.

Shyamal Barua Brijesh Mishra reportedly have been roped in by the US lobbyist to sing for the Indo-U.S nuclear deal and the sudden backing by Prof. Kalam soon after his recent visit to U.S after keeping mum for more than a year since the debate broke out does raise some question about it? Is the recent power crisis in major cities are also a ploy to make the public put pressure to the critics of the deal to fall in line?

krishna I don't know much of this deal except it would cost india some 220Billion US$. If we make explosion they will take everythng back what we purchased for price they feel is good. 220billion we spent and if we do explostion we can only consult but they had right to take things..
I feel BJP is right here. We shud have right to test for our secutiry and this deal shud be independent of that..

our PM lies in parliament before 100 crore people that we can test but not telling what wud happen as per deal after that..Half truth is like fooling billions...
US nuclear industry hasn't build single reactor in usa and for survival thet need big money..who knows another scams is in offing..

Nationalist Mr.Kalam, Where were you until these days when this issue on Nuclear Deal was debated? Why all of a sudden these statements pouring in? Is there any external pressure? We as citizens of India feel that there is someother deal thats been worked upon to make this Nuclear Deal to get-through. Otherwise, why would people like Mr.Brajesh Mishra make a sudden U-turn? He must have been offered something by the Congress party!

Dinesh Any party in India just does this, oppose your opponents views at any cost. And Im still surprised so many ppl supporting BJP's petty politics. Grow up guys.

BJP is a separatist party, which thrives on problems and taking sides. India needs power(nuclear energy) more than politics.

Rahul Gupta Jaswant Singh talking questning US honor, can he tell the citizens about the honor he had when he accompanied the terrorists to afganisthan? BJP has lost all barriers of sensibility by just focussing on blowing up issues out of propotion. In the desperation for having some issue so that the can make their presence felt, they are roping in Kalam into their dirty politics. For god sake someone tell these politicians to stop taking the country and us for a ride with their filthy and cheap political gimmics.
