Jatin Patel	The question that needs to be asked is: Are woman indeed ready for carrying equal burden? India should be proud of inducing woman in all branches of government and police and army, but I have often (not always) heard the complaint that "I am a woman, and don't you understand that"? Equality comes with responsibility which often (not always) women want to pass it on to men. What happens to equality then??? Woman rights organization should do introspection also and in general promotion of women is the right thing to do, but let women carry the associated responsibility also.
