nh	this is pathetic.. the man should be hanged in public view or flogged to death.. I guess the media will not bother to report about this again as it is a poor girl from India who underwent this.. if this had been the daughter of a foreigner, it would have been all over the news.. the rape of a deaf girl is not the same as that of a foreigner isnt it.. no fast track court to punish the man in this case.. pathetic government, judiciary and more pathetic is the media..
