We all know this husband is scum of the earth, it is obviously difficult for this woman and the need she realizes to reconcile with this absolute devil of a human being, cannot be understood by all. But she must know that her harrassment will continue unabated if this reconciliation does occur.
I don't feel ashamed of this episode as a man, because of what her husband did, because there are folks like that out there. Instead i feel very proud that an Indian Woman showed her integrity in the face of extreme evil and prejudice and stood by her principles. go girl! your twin girls will be very proud of their mother.

there is no difference between educated and uneducated. really shame that those(family of doctors)acting very rude. my sincere advice to the women is divorce the man and she can live for her daughters.and teach the family a leasson.since she is also a doctor let her coem out of the present situvation start practice and bring her daughter .

I have recently become proud father of twin baby girls. I am really very happy to have them as my kids. Who are we to disown them. Please understand that whatever gender it may be they are god's gift. If you dont want daughters then why do you need wife or mother. They are also females rt?.

The instances like these bring a shame to the whole coutry. These so claiming educated and leanred individuals do not repect the value of life. Right to life can't be withdrawn from a baby depending on its sex.Govt need to come forward and take action on these people. The mother and girls lives are in jeopardy. Awake India.....

Shameless creatures like that husband doc drive others to suicide & never commit it themselves, i just wish hope & pray that he does, people like him should have no place on earth anyways.... I agree that the woman should give him divorce & than penalised with all the possible offence, i just cant imagine the gals growing up under a father who wanted them killed at the first instance...

Hi, see again, the love and care of a Mother. Love and respect for husband.Even after all these ordeals she expects that her husband will change and join her. This thought itself is enough for him to come back. This is incredible india.Even educated people behave and act in this manner how can the govt. expect the same from a noraml villager. There should be legal action against her husband his family. Let them not escape through the loop holes of law. Is indian judiciary is capable of giving justice to this mother and children?

You are one of the biggest weed on earth which has to be rooted out first.You and people like you are greatest stain on all of the Indians.We are in full support of Ritu....IBN live how many times we will request you to make some foundation....so that we can contribute and help these various causes you post on your website.
