Dhiren Shah Well, it was a foregone conclusion, no surprises, as he was implicated under arms act and by book rule he is suppossed to be given bail. First of all there should be no bail provisions in such type of serious offences which have claimed hundreds of life. The law and punishment should be such that it will restrict others to commit the henious crimes. If the way bail is granted for such henious crime, there are other like Sanjay Dutt waiting in the wings to commit the crimes and sensing that nothing will happen to them. We are still witnessing bomb blasts regularly in different parts of our country. And another aspects why CBI did not oppose the bail is also casting doubts in the mind of people. Just because he is celebrity and brother of MP. In fact he should volunteer himself to undergo punishment and serve the jail sentence and practice the Gandhisim.

Bharat The various courts have been dealing with the Sanjay Dutt case in a totally "filmy" manner. More than the case, it is the courts' functioning which is a matter for concern. They just cannot decide what needs to be done. Sanjay has been going to and out of prisons depending on which judje feels what about the case. No justice (not for Sanjay Dutt) can be expected form such an inconsistent judiciary.

Vivek It is ridiculous and disgusting that Sanjay Dutt is being given Bail. As ever, "Super Stars" seem to be above the law... try telling this to the families of people who lost their lives. At the end of the day, its us...the common people who have to be blamed..what the hell have these people done to desrve this special status?
