Pranab Hazra	It is unfortunate that,in the state of Navada, Of The United States Of America where such grimous incidwnce of transmission of HIV and Hepatities disease held among the patients who have undergone clinical procedures like 'Anasthesia'.A highly developped country like the US,where systems and regulatios are too perfect to the order in the medical sector,how could such neglegences be held in changing syrringes?
