Gupta The best way to reduce corruption is to not have so many parties running around in India. The most developed have a small number. China has only 1 and the USA has 2. Indians need to vote for either the Congress or the BJP. While they are both evil, Indians should vote for the lesser of the two evils.

K It is Obvious that people who are cynical, Hypocritical and Opportunistic are attracted by politics. As such IIT's and IIM's have not introduced that kind of syllabus in their academics, they are apt to fail in the first instance.. Once they too start learning that art naturally they get succeded.. Best of Luck guys.. By they there are lot of Guru's in the field, Arjun Singh in the Center, a Mulayam in UP, Laloo/Rabri in Bihar, Naidu in AP, Talaiwar in TN are to mention a few.. Why dont you join as Intern with one of these companies for few days and later start your own enterprise it would yield good results..

Mandar Chiplunkar IITians should atleast try to get aware of politics before trying to form a party because politics is different and engineering is different.
Politics is such a thing that you have to fool others keeping in mind that you're a 'Politician'.

Thank You

vedant IIT'ians and IIM grads have been so hyped by the media nowadays, giving them almost a "demi-god" status. Having interacted with dozens of them in my professional and personal life i can confidently say that not all of them are as brilliant as they are made out to be!! The issue in point just highlights that every individual irresoective of his pedigree is suspectible to the myriads of politics.

rasa When somebody gets in to a sewer , he/she becomes dirty... same with politics also... IIT ians or non IIT ians it is same... Politics is a game when you have to swoop down to indecent levels to acheive a level playing field... Anybody who has got some kind of honesty in life will never ever in to politics... Cleaning politics is like getting quattarochi back to india...

sanjay Lok Paritran was never a political party. I donot understand why media projected it as an IITians political party. Bharat Punanirman Dal is well understood and is backed professionals from various walks of life.
