Is it at all surprising 1. When the WE THE GOOD ONES watch TV soap operas on election day instead of casting our votes? 2. When WE THE EDUCATED throw garbage onto the streets instead of composting it at source? 3. When WE THE CULTURED drive on the wrong side of the road at the slightest instance? 4. When WE THE INTELLIGENT patronize shops that are encroachments on roads? We deserve exactly what have got - not an ounce more, not an ounce less. A developed nation is not about good infrastructure or about good governance; it is all about good citizenry.
