Sathyameva-jayathe It is essentially the poverty that mkes child labour prevalent!one way out is to still rigorously do propganda about population control with poorer section of couples of child bearing age 2)provide children with suitable work(appropriate to their age)to make them earn and pay for their food and work!only for say two hrs a day jobs like weavig baskets,painting jobs,book binding etc..etc... which they can handle

or he sees something unusual pleasure with kids.

Some people from USA ask if he has some type of weired child fantasies in his mind, he loves children then why not adopt at least one child and show the love or it is otherwise. suspect
