we only wish there is end to family politics & people think of a WIN situation for all families of Karnataka,not just one or two Families.People of Karnataka have always been broadminded,the Advantage of that has been exploited by Family Politics.Do not understand what is so great about one family-Have they sacrificed by joining National freedom movement or has any member of their family served the country with armed forces or Have they ever tilled their Land? The family can not fool all,all the time.May be this time people of karnataka are not fooled for being magnaminous.Family politics at the state & central level must end.Good for country politics & Future.

the JD(s) govt has screwd up this state royally .. i guess the only thing that they were good at was at moking money at the common peoples expenses... look at them .. do they look like politicians, they look lik3e a proper gangster, how do u pople expect him to make Karnataka better... what happened to the 100 days promise that HDK made ?? all that they have done is to Blame the growing population for all the problems of bangalore, without actually doing anything for it ... Well agree that influc of population is a problem for any city .. but guys its brining in a lot of munny for people of Karnataka as well .. and as local citizens to make sure proper govt is voted in and they take care of the city .. if u stop the population influx, u indirectly stop the Growth of the city as well .. think abt it .. as of now .. guess the only party that can be trusted a little seems like BJP.... hope they win ....

It depends on the leadership.Now people are choosing strong regional leaders not those who prostrate before naives of Delhi.Except Muslim Vote Bank There are no other vote banks.All castes including the Daliths will be in the two main parties in any state.Congress is wating its energies by putting Hegde's daughter against Kumara Swamy.It is like putting a central minster from the Patel community against Narendra Modi in Gujarath.It is loosing face.So much money has been dumped in Gujarath to see that top BJP rebel leaders work against official BJP candidates.Media also may have received subsatntial sums during Gujarath elections and Karnataka Elecctions now.The statement of Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee that what will remain to the Congress after the Karnataka polls tells so many hidden aspects.The country should get rid of dynastic politics.For that ultimate goal the Congerss must be defeated. That will be a heralding change in that direction.

It is regrettable that individuals and parties fail to keep the proper perspective in sight in elctions. As for as Karnataka is concerned, it is a Mid-term Election brought about by the clumsy dealings of the largest single party of 2004 elections, namely, the BJP. It has cost the govt unnecessary expenses and the people who prefer a peaceful and dignified life, unwanted tension and confusion! All along the esteemed voters have Karnataka have been staunch supporters of the Congress. Its important landmark- Taj Mahal of South -"Vdhana Soudha'-was built during the CMship of Hanumanthiya in 1951 to 1956 and the annexe in 2005 under S.M.Krishna.All was good as long as the relationship lasted! twice the voters fumbled and brought misery on themselves.Chastised, now, they will swing back to give the single party - Congress ,an absolute majority and teach a lesson to those who played with their sentiments! Congress due to its experience and culture, knows What is good for the people of Karnataka and helps them get it. Karnataka was the first to go in for IT and continues to lead others.According tobarclay bank's estimate within 10 from now, there will be 29 lakh indivduals in India worth Rs. 2 crores each!If Karnataka opts for a stable govt. many of the crorepathies may emerge from it!

Dear Professor, U have got it all wrong. For evry crorepathis that may ( or may not ) emerge , thee will be a lakh poor emerging. Congress is known for its nepotism, dividing the country on the basis of vote banks, reservation, language etc., It is reputed for corruption, turning it into an art form, looting the country , just visit the quottoracchi case! Blatant looting and transferring the money to Italy under the supervision of the Italian Lady!! The congress is the party which says there is no "Rama" and no Ramasethu, but under the same breath supporting the muslims for their vote Banks. Muslims are the poorest and live a ghetto life due to the congress rule of the last 55 years. The same is with dalits, tribals etc., They have fooled the country long enough. they can't fool us anymore. That is why they have lost most of the states in the recent elecions. the sooner we dump this party and its leaders into Arabian sea, it will be better for this country. Gandhiji insisted in 1947 that this party has to be dismantled immdtly. Pl remember this while voting this time.
