Not a good attempt by reema kagti at all....The only thing she had on her side throughout this movie were 12 unique characters which backfire big time...extremely bad screenplay...direction was OK,but could have been better...this is definetely a huge disappointment...Amazing performances by kaykay,ranvir and boman...nothing else to watch out for in this movie...absolutely worth a miss...

A sweet and simple story......without the artificial life as in Johar's or Chopra's movies. One can easily relate to the various scenes of the movie to one's life. However 2 hrs is too small to do justice to all the couples. The director could have gone deeper into their lives. Anyways, a good movie to watch it with your loved one!!

I Like the way all characters are introduce in the file. I enjoy starting of file even up till interval film looks promising but ending of file is too poor. Overall its an average time pass file. Main thing i like in the file is its song picturisation.

The Critics have killed it. But it wasnt that bad... Funny, Raw, Cheesy and often unexpected at times. Good fun for those who havent gone for a honeymoon yet !

Masand is indeed an insightful, honest and yet an entertaining film critic. He is indeed an expert at the art of film making and yet has a pulse of what a common man on the street would love to watch. However, on Honeymoon Travels he has explicitly slipped on certain points. The Superman-woman act of the Parsi character is very clearly there to make a very valid point...that you need to be superman/woman to never have conflict in your married...that it is only human to have some disgareements & conflicts. I beleive its a superb point made in a very entertaining way. Second, the gujarati girl elopement is also not without meaning. One can see that a nromal indian girl can be shy & conservative and still knows her mind. It also points out that no one should be taken for granted. Oscar Fernandes' girl again is a fabulous subplot. Its a meesage to people as Shabana gently rebukes Boman that he atleast has kids, she having lost all. The plot also brings the entire family - still trying to know each other - closer. as is the subplot of the driver's assistant getting ditched by his own Uncle and finding support from a rank outsider. Its a very very warm effort from a debutant director. And the fact that she's writer of the film as well, the entire credit goes to Reema Kagti. Kudos.

Watch the trailer several times and you can avoid this movie. All the good moments are captured well in all its trailer. No concrete story line eats of the excitement it generated. A light movie to watch if you do not have any expectations.

The review is very accurate. Its a good film to take your spouse and come out feeling a wee bit closer. In terms of cinematic achievements, nice first time effort by the director. Ranvir, KayKay, Raima are exceptionally good and needless to say Boman Irani is superb & novel as always. A good date movie worth a one-time dekko. Liked a couple of songs too. Don't try to make sense beyond that.

plus points:- - good fun - time pass - thank god it was small - good characters
bad points:- - Ranveer Shouries excellent talent is wasted, he is not there at all - super hero part not digestiable - gay part too much - kissing seens just for hype
