CNN cant confirm their own news. But love to speculate. Nice..
I dont understand why India should support either China or Tibetan separatists.
How Tibetans started revolting against Chinese? We dont need to trust Chinese on this. But why cant we trust what USA has already revealed:
It was when Chinese stopped the slavery and torture of 7,00,000 Tibetans by the so- called peace loving Dalai Lama and aristocrats, that CIA started creating problems there. If CNN-IBN journalists are ignorant about this, please search and read online.
Starting in 1955 the CIA began to build a counter-revolutionary army in Tibet. In the Aug. 16 Newsweek magazine article gave detailed account of the CIA operation from 1957 to 1965. Chicago Tribune article in the Jan. 25, 1997, described the special training of Tibetan mercenaries at Camp Hale in in Colorado mountains in 1950s. These mercenaries were then parachuted into Tibet. There were also special Tibetan terrorist training camps in Guam and Okinawa by CIA.
Dalai Lama was receiving US$1.7 million every year from CIA, later reduced to $1.2 million. (Of this, the Dalai Lama himself pocketed $186,000 a year. Lodi Gyari, the Dalai Lama’s personal representative in Washington, acknowledged the CIA support for Dalai Lama saying: “It is an open secret. We do not deny it.” Is Dalai Lama distributing a single Rupee to the poor in India? or CNN-IBN readers?
CIA is using Indian terrotory to do drug business to channel money to this. And govt of India is sitting idle without uttering a word against this crime. As part of the CIA epsionage programme radio active material was taken to the hieghts of Himalayas. But that was lost in the mountain and now polluting the Holy River Ganges. This is revealed in the Biography of a former USA diplomat in India who say 4 Indian Prime Ministers knew this programme . Thousands of devotees who take holy dip in Ganges are now affected by radiaton and no media, no Govt has complaint.

Don't make allegations that cannot stand. Behave sensibly. Baying for the blood of Tibetans has become a fashion for the communists now a days.

Please read it carefully and help Tibetans to get their own country. You enjoyed the Freedom earned by the Martyrs of India and same applied to Tibetans... Free Tibet and save India. Coz India govt is spending crores of Rupees everyday to secure the indo-tibetan borders (china). so Shemej, that can be helped if we raise a voice against them and there will be no poor in India if we help Tibetans... Our country will be rich enough to live.... Jai hind...

Oh dear, you are so ignorant!
Tibet was an independent nation. Search 'simla convention'
Where did you read such lies about Tibetans being slaves. I think you need to re educate yourself. Read independent accounts such as '7 years in Tibet' by Henrich Harrer or biographies of Younghusband.

Raghavendra r pawar
Other nations should come to rescue the Tibetan protestors and make china to stop killing them by using huge military force against weaponless. Using these pictures UN and other developed countries intervention in this matter is required to save some more hundred killing of Tibetans.
