INTENSIVEKS On the other hand inorder to"decongest" cities and put people back to the villages/rural areas it is important to hike the HRA ITax Allowance in these rural areas. Else the rental costs in cities like Bangalore,Mumbai,Noida will go up skyrocketing to levels of "madness"!

Indian That is discrimination and every city should be treated equal with the city having the highest cost of living being treated as the index. This will not only help in high cost cities attracting lesser people but at the same time may also help in spreading people across the country with chances of more businesses being setup in smaller cities.
