The Rising India contest is available to the subscribers of the following networks and the Call charges as specified below:

This Contest is valid only for users who fulfill the following criteria:
- You must be above 18 years
- You must be a citizen of India
- You must not have any criminal record nor be of an unsound mind

To participate; dial any of the numbers given below

To participate:
- Dial 505 2622 from Airtel, Hutch, Idea, BPL, BSNL Mobiles and Airtel Landlines or call 12555 26 from BSNL, BSNL LL and MTNL
- The Rising India contest will be in English and Hindi
- There will be 600 questions.
- Questions will have four answer options.
- You can select an answer by pressing 1, 2, 3 or 4 on the phone keypad.
- You will get only one chance to answer the question. You will be taken to the next question if you give a wrong answer or a correct answer.
- Every right answer will get the subscriber +10 (addition of ten) points and wrong answers will not have any negative marking.
- If you disconnect after answering the ‘n’th question, then the next time you call, you will get n+1 question.
- At the beginning of each call the current total score of the user will be played out.
- An SMS will be sent out the user giving his current score once a day
- Once the user completes all 600 questions, you will be allowed to participate again by answering the same 600 questions
PRIZE: The prizes are as follows:
- Top 4 scorers at the end of the contest. Will get 1 Maruti Swift car each.(4 Maruti Swift)
- o Daily top 4 scorers will get a mobile phone each (200 mobile phones )
In case of a tie on points, the user scoring the points in the least time will be declared the winner
This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible subscribers is voluntary.

Subscriber shall directly contact Web18 at 022-66184400 regarding any queries/complaints. Alternatively the subscriber can send an email to ivr@web18.in. All disputes must be addressed by the subscriber in writing to Web18

The Subscriber hereby further understands and agrees that Web18 shall be solely responsible for inter-alia the selection of the winners and delivery of the prizes. Web18 shall be solely liable for all/any representations/warranties/communications made to the Subscriber regarding the aforesaid

Web18 is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/ services being offered as prizes nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the subscribers under this Offer.

The prize(s) under the Offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances.

All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied with by the winner.

The prize(s) to the winner shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/ processes /formalities in connection with the prize(s) and on production all such documents/papers as required by Web18 before accepting the delivery of the prize. Any failure on the part of the winner to comply with directions issued by Web18 for claim of prize shall entitle Web18 to forfeit the prize(s).

All incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the prize(s) shall be exclusively borne by the subscriber and in no way will Web18 be held liable for the same.

The employees of TV18 and its group companies, vendors, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible to participate in this Offer.

The Subscriber hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Web18 and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the Subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present Offer.

Web18 shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a Subscriber and/or any third party, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the prize.

The prize(s) must be claimed within 30 days of receiving the intimation from Web18 failing which Web18 reserve the right to forfeit the same.

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion.

This Offer is subject to force maejure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Web18

The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Enrolment Form on www.ibnlive.com/voice

The Offer is valid subject to compliance with all formalities as required by Web18. Any failure on the part of the subscriber to comply with the specified formalities shall disqualify the Subscriber.

This Offer is subject to guidelines/ directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time.

The decision of Web18 in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding.

Web18 reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at anytime during it’s validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber.

The Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
